The incumbent will be instrumental in building relationship with the existing clients and generate leads for pitching in new clients.
Candidate would be responsible in Mapping corporate and cream client's requirements and providing them customized solutions.
Incumbent’s Prime responsibility would include direct marketing & client servicing for the Inbound/outbound holiday packages, MICE, and other services of the company.
Provide necessary guidance and solutions to the team members in the branch for the received query to convert the probable business into confirmed business. [ Specially In Case of FITs, in preparing Itineraries, working out fare calculations and providing a quotation to the client]
Liaise with inter-department for checking the booking status and if need be, follow up with the customers and try closing the sales.
Coordinate with the Inter-Branches for checking the processing status of the confirmed bookings passed on to the Processing Dept.
Making sure and reconfirming of the needful documentations and necessary requirements are fulfilled or not to provide better services to the client as committed.

Job Requirements:
Minimum experience 4-5 years in travel industry.
Experience in Inbound and Outbound tour sales, Air Ticketing, MICE, and other services offered by travel companies
Good knowledge of destinations, hotels, sight scenes around the world.
Expert in Client handling, itinerary making & costing, sale of packages.
The incumbent should have an exposure to manage a team of front desk coordinators/executives and handling the branch independently
Identifying potential corporate & high end clients for perennial business activities
The incumbent will be instrumental in building relationship with the existing clients and generate leads for pitching in new clients.
Candidate will be responsible for aggressive selling of Inbound/outbound holiday packages and other services of the company.
Candidate would be primly responsible in Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized solutions.
On receiving the query, candidate is expected to pass on the queries to the back office as the case may be for the further procedures
In Case of FITs, prepare Itineraries, work out fare calculations and provide a quotation to the client for FIT’s .
Liaise with inter-department for checking the booking status and follow up with the customers and try closing the sales by converting the probable business into confirmed business.
Candidate will be expected to visit our existing / new corporates on routine basis.
Ability to handle pressure and meat deadlines.
